When I was ten years old, I liked to run around my Los Angeles neighborhood with a disposable camera on a wildlife photography expedition (i.e. taking pictures of cats). While I've strayed away from cat photography and disposable cameras, that adventure and excitement has never left. I'm ecstatic to say that my camera and I still go on expeditions of our own -- sometimes in my own backyard and sometimes far away.
Born and raised primarily in Los Angeles with a wonderful stint in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. I am currently pursuing a BFA in photography at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. Available for work in Southern California, Oregon and abroad.
I love love love me some sisterly love. As one of five siblings, I can’t help but gush over sibling relationships — the laughter, the teasing, the connections. I had a great time photographing the Cleland sisters on their own, as well as with their parents (more of those later).

- brielle, so, over the past couple of years, i have been looking at your photos admiringly from afar and have watched more and more of your pictures come out. for a while i was content with just looking and staying in awe by myself, but i just realized what it is that makes your photos so amazing. for as long as ive known about their existence, i havent been able to put my finger on what is so awe-inspiring about them. i just realized what it is about them that really really gets me: they make the world seem even more beautiful and better and more colorful than it is. and i think its amazing. i just thought i should share that since ive finally figured it out..October 9, 2010 - 9:03 pm
