It’s that time of year again! Senior portrait time. And I’m especially excited since Class of 2012 might be the last to graduate before the world ends…and I’m hoping we go out with a bang (I’m shameless, I kn0w…)

If you’re graduating next year and thinkin’ about struttin’ your stuff in front of my camera, you should know that senior season this year will be limited — I only have 25 spots left! — due to some exciting traveling and moving I have to do. High school senior session in January? Surprisingly wonderful. Especially when it involves some winter sun, the theater department of South Eugene HS and cool shoes worn by an even cooler girl.

I find it hilariously appropriate that my last {class of 2011} senior post includes a little school bus trespassing! I’ve been dreaming about shooting on a school bus and have even attempted it a few times before (once ending up in a confrontation with a family of angry bees) so it felt pretty surreal to be photographing Lauren amongst the bus seats.

I had an absolutely wonderful time working with Lauren…I’m so lucky to have beautiful clients like her who don’t even bat an eye at my ridiculous suggestions…like posing in front of a Winnebago and trespassing onto a school bus!

My session with Dominique was definitely a highlight of the senior season for me…and how could it not be when it involves a beautiful girl and a tutu?!?! I have the best job on the planet.
