Does it get any cuter than Miss Katie? I think not! I don’t know anyone who makes playing with a leaf look cuter.

Sidenote: I photographed Katie’s older sister a few years ago. Glad to know the McGoodness is being passed down the family line

It’s 11 at night and I’ve watched the entire third season of Psych while editing senior sessions. It’s just how I roll lately.

Taylor is potentially the sweetest girl you will ever meet. But if you know her, then you already know that.

Anyone who asks for a couple shots with their horse for their senior session is an instant baller in my book. Add some rocking boots WHILE riding a horse? Ultimate baller. I should also mention that Amber and her friend like to rock out to the radio every time they stop at a red light which gained some serious points in my book!

It feels so good to McBlog again. Once again, life is crazy as classes have started this week and the senior season is coming to a close! It’s at the point where I’m generating tons of work but I’m struggling with enough time to get it to the McBlog.
But today I get to share the cuteness/hotness that is Gillian! Gillian + I worked primarily in one location (unheard of for me!) and had a ridiculous amount of fun laughing. Gillian is an absolute sweetheart who also happens to be SUPER foxy, if you ask me.

Studded wedges + blue nail polish? They deserved their own picture. Rock on with your bad self, Gillian!

First things first, I’m blogging this week over at www.switchfocusblog.com! I’m putting together a FAQ post and would LOVE to hear from my McBloggers if ya’ll have questions about anything photography related…equipment, natural light, etc. I’m definitely not claiming to be an expert but I’d love to share all of the mistakes I’ve made and what I learned from them You can leave questions here on the McBlog or on my Facebook page! Now for the good stuff…

Mason is a force to be reckoned with. His energy was so infectious throughout this entire shoot. From the moment I pulled out my camera until the very last shot. There were more than several moments where I felt like I wasn’t on a senior/headshot shoot but an editorial shoot with an actual model. Judging by how comfortable he is in front the camera, it only makes sense that Mason is busy auditioning for all sorts of things up in Portland.
